When you contact us or request a site survey we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a description of your project. When you browse our website we may collect standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey, prepare and send you a written quotation, deliver the works you have commissioned, provide aftercare and warranty support, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including HETAS certification and Building Regulations records).

3. Lawful basis

We rely on your consent (for enquiries and marketing), the performance of a contract (once you engage us), and our legitimate interests (to run our business and improve our service) as lawful bases for processing your data under the UK GDPR.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your data. We may share limited information with our IT and CRM providers, our accountants, HETAS (for certification), Building Control (where applicable), and manufacturers or suppliers where necessary to fulfil your project. All third parties are bound by appropriate data-protection terms.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months. Records relating to completed installations (including HETAS certificates and invoices) are retained for a minimum of six years in line with our statutory obligations.
